We are recruiting: we are hiring a production operative in Onslow County, North Carolina. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills The role involves change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
