You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
