Counter butcher wanted in Afikpo South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Afikpo South, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
