Join our team: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
