Tandoor cook • Moro, Kwara State

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Moro, Kwara State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 5+ years on the tools preferred.
