Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Dukes County, Massachusetts. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
