We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jefferson County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through 6+ years on the tools preferred.
