Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Jefferson County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy body shop. You will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
