Bike messenger — Alleghany County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bike messenger in Alleghany County, North Carolina. The job is at a parcel sorting facility. On a typical shift you will ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses; load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Physically fit to lift parcels up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
