Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Washita County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
