Great opportunity: powder spray gun operator (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gentry County, Missouri. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
