Urgent requirement: acoustic insulation fitter (Maryland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Your main tasks: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Full-time, day shift.
