Urgent requirement: trainee butcher (Minnesota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Houston County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 5+ years on the tools preferred.
