Pot washer • Dougherty County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Dougherty County, Georgia. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Overtime paid at a premium rate.
