Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Benton County, Iowa. Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On a typical shift you will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
