Immediate opening: escalator technician (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Claiborne County, Tennessee. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
