Food packing operative wanted in Knox County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food packing operative in Knox County, Texas. You will be based at a busy packing line. What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg The role involves: • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
