Gantry crane operator wanted in Cortland County

Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands.
