Steward wanted in Carbon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Carbon County, Montana. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
