Fabricator-welder — Brown County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Brown County, Minnesota. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE You will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required.
