Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Washington County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
