Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Ward County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area.
