Metal roofing fitter wanted in Somerset

Join our team: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Somerset, England. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Your main tasks: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
