Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Polk County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Ideal candidate: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
