Plasterer • Clay County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer in Clay County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
