Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trailer driver in Karaye, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
