Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Good eye for colour matching and blending Your main tasks: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
