Vertical transportation technician • Muhlenberg County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy lift company. Your main tasks: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $23 per hour plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
