Immediate opening: food and beverage server (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Chautauqua County, New York. The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time, day shift.
