Surface coating operator wanted in Sitka City and Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Sitka City and Borough, Alaska. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
