Catering cook wanted in Alger County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Alger County, Michigan. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
