Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Shiroro, Niger State. The job is in a residential housing project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Day to day you will screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
