Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
