Dough maker wanted in Baraga County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Baraga County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
