Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Cumberland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Cumberland County, Tennessee. You will work at a commercial fit-out project. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards The role involves: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
