You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker You will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour.
