Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Dallas County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred.
