Immediate opening: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Beadle County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols The role involves: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
