Coating plant operator • Hodgeman County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hodgeman County, Kansas. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
