Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Walla Walla County, Washington. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
