Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Mason County, Illinois. Day to day you will cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
