Fitter on the line • Tompkins County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Tompkins County, New York. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. You will snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
