Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Geneva County, Alabama. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Your main tasks: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions 4+ years on the tools preferred.
