Join our team: estate gardener (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an estate gardener in Owen County, Indiana. The job is on a golf course. Requirements: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites The role involves: • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
