Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Cambridgeshire, England. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds The role involves: • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Clean condenser and evaporator coils 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer £2,700 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
