Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Campbell County, Tennessee. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
