Chef de partie wanted in Kearny County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Kearny County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
