Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Fulton County, Kentucky. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
