Join our team: powder coating sprayer (Federal Capital Territory)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bwari, Federal Capital Territory. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
