Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Benton County, Missouri. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
